The weekend has finally arrived!!! It’s time for Doggie Day to hold their annual Divas Unleashed Halloween Dog Parade this Sunday at 12pm. Registration is at 10am at Doggie Day where participants get a bag filled with treats from the event sponsors and then follow a 100 person marching band as they lead the way to the Boston Common. Get you and your dog dressed up and come join the fun!
Don’t forget that there will be contests and prizes, including trips to New York, stays in Boston’s most lavish hotels, and a brand new SNIF Tag!

I’ve really been liking Web Vet’s articles lately and this one struck a particular cord for me. I am a firm believer that dogs should not be overfed or overweight. Staying fit and healthy will help them to live longer and more rewarding lives, and it especially bugs me when dog owners overfeed their four-leggers out of guilt…

Looking for things to do this weekend with your pug! Well, you’re in luck!
The “pug social” takes place on October 12th at the Spencer Fairgrounds in Spencer, Massachusetts. This social is hosted by the Pug Rescue of New England. For more information about this event and to view some pictures of the last pug social click here.

We had such an AMAZING time! Not only did we get to help a good cause, but we got to run around in the sun with our dogs all day…is there ANYTHING better? We think not!
